Your conversations are private

YourAvatar is designed for private conversations between you and your avatar. If you use YourAvatar through a care provider, they do not automatically get access to your conversations simply because they introduced you to the service.

Your data isn't for sale

We don't sell your personal information. What you share with YourAvatar is used to provide your YourAvatar experience, not to build an advertising profile about you.

Your conversations don't train AI

AI helps make YourAvatar possible, but your personal content isn't there to train it. We don't use your conversations, memories, photographs or voice recordings to train AI models.

Designed with privacy in mind

Privacy isn't an afterthought. It's part of how we design YourAvatar and how we choose the technology behind it.

You're in control

You have rights over your personal information, including the ability to ask what we hold and to request that it's deleted, where applicable. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights in full.

AI with boundaries

YourAvatar is designed for companionship and conversation. It isn't a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser, and shouldn't be relied on for medical, legal or financial advice.

Technology that supports human connection

YourAvatar is designed to supplement human contact, never replace it. Nothing replaces time with family, friends and carers. Our aim is to provide another familiar face and voice to talk to during the times when the people we love can't physically be there.
