Alan was a Documentary Commissioner at Channel 4 and subsequently Head of Documentaries at the BBC. In 2006 he co-founded an independent television production company, Renegade Pictures, which grew quickly and was acquired after five years by Warner Brothers. After leaving Warner Brothers Discovery in 2022 he co-founded a new TV company which is thriving.

Ian is the AI Lead for Public Safety at Microsoft, where he leads the development and deployment of responsible AI solutions across policing. A pioneering leader with over a decade of experience delivering high-impact, AI-driven transformation across government, Ian focuses on applying ethical and effective AI to complex public safety challenges. His work is widely recognised for advancing the role of AI in safeguarding communities while upholding public trust.

Alexis is a TV Executive and Creative Director who has held senior management positions at some of the UK’s leading television companies, including Renegade Pictures (Warner Bros.) and Darlow Smithson Productions (Banijay). A passionate and entrepreneurial business winner, she has more than 15 years’ experience devising, selling, and executive producing major TV shows across all genres.
